The following Honour Board recognises and acknowledges both past and present Staff members of Hume Anglican Grammar whom have completed 10 years of service at our school.

| Nicola Connelly:Nicola Connelly has completed a wonderful 10 years as a teacher at Hume Anglican Grammar. Nicola has taught multiple Year levels in the Primary school as a Homeroom teacher and has also taught specialist subjects including Health and Physical Education. Nicola held the position of Years 1 and 2 Coordinator in 2016 and Head of Learning - Languages P-6 from 2017 – 2020 where she was instrumental in developing and resourcing a sequential literacy program from Prep – Year 6 and planning whole school literacy events. As a published picture story book author, Nicola’s passion for literacy is particularly evident. Nicola has a special interest in Physical Health and Wellbeing and her experience and knowledge in this area is respected and valued amongst staff. Nicola’s recent initiative of introducing a Community Service component to the Year 5 curriculum is another example of her passion and insight into the needs of primary students. Nicola’s skill and competence with the use of IT, and creating stunning video presentations is highly appreciated, especially in the lead up to whole school events. | Robert Nardella:Congratulations to Robert Nardella on 10 years of dedicated service in Facilities and Maintenance at Hume Anglican Grammar. Starting in 2015 as Maintenance Manager, Robert’s role evolved alongside the school seeing him taking on more responsibilities and accepting the role as Facilities Manager in 2017. Robert now plays a pivotal role as part of an even larger team who manage facilities and grounds across all the three campuses, always bringing teamwork, passion, and a positive spirit. Robert’s humility and commitment to the school are invaluable, as is his connection, with three of his children attending over the years. Known for his warm greetings and tireless efforts to go above and beyond, Robert’s presence and pride in the school are felt by students, staff, and parents alike. We appreciate Robert's significant contributions to the School and thank him for his dedicated service over the past decade.

| Angela Walker:Angela Walker unofficially joined Hume in 2014 as a parent volunteer, in the classroom and as a Photographer. In 2015 she was appointed to Staff as our very first Teachers' Assistant in Prep. Angela’s skill and talent as a photographer soon came to light and in addition to her Teacher Assistant position took on the role of School Photographer in 2016. The following year, Angela was appointed as Year Book Editor and from 2018 – 2020 Angela’s creativity and flair was put to good use as Marketing and Media Officer. In 2020 Angela’s role title changed to Media and Publications Coordinator which provided her the opportunity to demonstrate her talents, introducing high quality professional story telling video along with her stunning photographs. Angela also introduced the biannual ‘Quill’ publication which has been a great addition and another opportunity to share our School’s journey. Congratulations on an outstanding 10 years of dedicated service.

| Catherine Yap:Catherine Yap has completed 10 wonderful years of service has a teacher at Hume Anglican Grammar. Over her time at Hume, Catherine has had significantly diverse teaching opportunities having taught in the areas of Science Mathematics, Italian and Humanities. The diversity in her teaching experience is a testament to the dedication she has to the development of students here at the school. Currently Catherine is a valued member of the Donnybrook Secondary campus and has been since the campus first opened. During that time she has played an important role is developing a culture at the School, of excellence and respect. She has also had the unique opportunity to teach at both the Mt Ridley Primary and the Mt Ridley Secondary campuses, further highlighting her adaptability and experience as an educator. Congratulations on completing 10 years of dedicated and professional service.
