In this edition of Meet the Team, we are pleased to introduce you to Rob Tarzia, Year 7 Coordinator at our Donnybrook campus. 

Rob began his journey at Hume Anglican Grammar this year. Before accepting a role at Hume, Rob spent 10 years at Mount Ridley College in several different roles which included Team Leader, Student Manager and Learning Specialist.  

What do you like most about working at Hume Anglican Grammar? 
I really enjoy the atmosphere of the school. The teachers across all the campuses have been so supportive and made me feel very welcome. The Secondary team at Donnybrook have provided a fun and helpful environment and the students are amazing to teach.  

Can you tell us about a project you are currently working on?
Currently, I am organising the Mother’s Day afternoon tea.   

Who has had the biggest impact on your career and why? 
My family have had the biggest impact on my career. They have always been there to encourage and support me.

If your friends could describe you in one word, what would it be? 
Personable.

If you could have dinner with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be? 
My favourite soccer player, Roberto Baggio. 

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why? 
Being able to fly so I could beat the traffic home.  

If you could only eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would it be? 
Pasta.
